The Condom Warehouse operate a strict returns policy. We accept returned goods in cases where:

The packaging remains unopened
The goods have not been used in any way prior to their return
The goods are complete (no missing parts etc)
A copy of a valid receipt can be sent with the goods
Receipt of sale is not more than 2 months old

Simply call us on 01423 326687 and have the details to hand, along with a purchase date and description of the faulty goods. We will issue you with a returns reference which must appear on any related correspondence.
